RodRadar Shortlisted for Two NFB Construction Awards of Excellence 2026
This nomination in both categories reflects the high impact of the Live Dig Radar® (LDR) Technology on the construction industry.

RodRadar is proud to announce that it has been shortlisted in TWO categories at the National Federation of Builders’ (NFB) Construction Awards of Excellence 2026:
Health, Safety and Wellbeing Excellence and the Future of Construction Award.
The Construction Awards of Excellence are among the UK construction industry’s most highly regarded accolades, recognising individual and team excellence across innovation, sustainability, heritage and commercial building. Entries are judged independently by an expert panel, and this year’s shortlist was announced on 22 June 2026.
RodRadar’s nomination in both categories reflects the impact of its Live Dig Radar® (LDR) technology, which gives excavator operators real-time, on-site visibility of underground utilities as they dig. By detecting buried infrastructure during live excavation, without the need for specialist analysis, LDR is helping contractors prevent utility strikes, protect crews, and avoid the costly delays and safety incidents that still affect excavation projects worldwide.
“Being shortlisted for both Health, Safety and Wellbeing Excellence and the Future of Construction Award means a great deal to us,” said Yuval Barnea, VP Sales & Marketing at RodRadar. “These two categories speak to exactly what we set out to do: make excavation safer for the people doing the digging, while bringing genuinely new technology into an industry that’s ready for it.”
The winners will be announced at the Construction Awards of Excellence gala, taking place on Thursday 12 November 2026 at The Burlington Hotel in Birmingham, where RodRadar will join shortlisted contractors, suppliers and industry leaders from across the UK construction sector.
